The Bible in One Year:
Colossians 3
Golden Verse
And the king will answer them, “Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.”
(Mat. 25:40)

One day, a man saw a disturbing view nearby his office. There were many beggars and homeless people. He was also disturbed by the news about the many refugees of volcano eruption, orphans, hunger people and sick people. He then prayed and asked why God did not help those people. He was shocked when God answered, “I did help them. I created you!”

Guys, look around you! Can you see and find people who need help? Homeless or sick people around you? And what have you done to help them? God wants to use you as his hands to help people in need. Identify social problems around you and choose one that suit your capacity as a teenager to deal with. Provide help through actions and prayers.

God made you for good purpose, to serve God and to have compassion to others.
“Oh God, please help me to make my life useful for others. Help me not to be selfish, but to have compassion to other people who are suffering. Amen.”
