The Bible in One Year:
Ephesians 1
Golden Verse
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
(John 3:16)

As God’s creation, we have the ability to choose who and what we believe in. We can decide for ourselves what we want to do with our lives. So whether or not you decide to choose God and to be a part of His kingdom, that is nobody else’s decision but yours.

Nobody can force you, not even your parents, your pastor or your friends. You may pretend to be a Christian, but to really be in relationship with God is a personal act and apply just between you and Him. But let me tell you, when you choose God, you won’t ever feel alone again.

To freely make our decision to choose God we need to grow in our knowledge of God and of Jesus. We need to understand what Jesus did for us on the cross and the way God sees us. It is only as we do this that we open the door to receive more and more grace and peace from God.

“Will power does not change men. Time does not change men. Christ does.”
– Henry Drummond.
“Dear Lord, I pray that You continue to touch my heart. I pray that Your love may pass through me to those around me. I am so grateful for all that You’ve done. In Your Name I Pray, Amen.”
