The Bible in One Year:
Luke 5:17-39
Golden Verse
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
(1 Corinthians 10:13)

Every grade has at least one. Every school may have a few. And you might be having one in your class right now! They’re called “killer” teachers and there’s a reason why they’re called killers. They give so much homework and find yourself not able to do them without copying your answers from the smartest friend in class (unless that’s you). They can get very unreasonable with the grading and is considered very stingy to give high scores – no matter how smart you are. But the worse part about having a teacher like that in your class is the test! No matter how hard you try or study, it is still super difficult AND would have questions that are not based on the chapters that you’ve studied so hard the night before! Sometimes, you wonder if that teacher really wants to help you… or do they want to destroy you?

The Bible talks about Jesus referred as a Good Teacher and unlike that killer teacher, He wants you to succeed in life. And just like a good teacher, He would give you tests of faith – not so that you would fail but so that you can pass and succeed. His tests are not meant for you to fail but so that you can score an A plus!

“What the teacher is, is more important than what he teaches.”
― Karl A. Menninger
“Thank You Jesus for being my good and trustworthy Teacher. Teach me Your ways and I will follow them. Amen.”
