The Bible in One Year:
Matthew 28:1-10
Golden Verse
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know”
(Proverbs 3:5)

A broken heart can be excruciating at times. It can physically hurt and sometimes we wonder how we’re going to get through it. But remember that whatever your situation is, there has been a million people who’s felt the same way that you’re feeling.

Getting your heart broken is not something new and everybody goes through it. A way to deal with it is always remind yourself to look at the bigger picture. Don’t seclude yourself to how you’re feeling then and there but see or imagine, how you will feel 10 years down the road. Are you even going to remember this? Will it change your future? And when the pain doesn’t seem to go away, turn to the one person who can comfort you through any situations you may have. Turn to God for He can give you the kind of peace that calms even the greatest storm in your heart. And what’s more is that He can heal your pain. When you feel like nothing or no one else can make you feel better, He can. All you have to do is let Him. Pray to Him and during the times when you’re feeling so hurt inside, ask Him to give you peace, because He will do just that!

“Dear Lord, thank you for the tests and challenges you give us. Thank you for giving us the strength to endure them and the opportunity to grow in spiritual maturity. Please help us learn to trust you when we go through difficult times. In Your name I Pray, Amen.”
